Just this morning about 10:00 a.m. I saw an immature eagle (likely Golden) land on the road a couple hundred meters in front of me before taking off over a marsh to the south. This was 3.2 km west of Flynn’s Corners (County Road 507) on County Road 36. Read more…
Yesterday while walking the dog on the rail trail west of Ackison Road I saw a Belted Kingfisher at the swamp at the Johnson Road intersection; also several Woolly Bear caterpillars and one unidentified black and yellow caterpillar on the trail.
