My friend Carl and I were out on Saturday, December 20th in search of a Snowy Owl as we had learned there was one sighted near the Lindsay airport. On the way there we spotted a Coyote in a field across the road from the Pickseed Plant just outside of Lindsay. When we got to the airport we were surprised to see the Snowy Owl on a hydro pole very close to the road. When we got out of the car and approached he seemed not to care much and we were able to get pretty close. Attached are a couple of photos.
